Andrew Lodge

Director

Andrew is a business and marketing professional, passionate about the delivery of products and services that make a positive, real-world impact on people’s daily lives. Drawing on 20 plus years working in customer-satisfaction centric situations, Andrew is skilled in applying a multi-faceted approach to problem solving. Andrew thrives on taking care of fast-moving client requirements where an agile attitude is crucial to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Noel Ashton

Director

Noel is an accomplished Account Director and workflow specialist with substantial experience in streamlining business processes and managing staff within the financial sector. His strong leadership skills coupled with expertise establishing, initiating, and implementing systemic changes have made him a valuable contributor to the Postureforwork team. Noel's aim is to ensure an intuitive journey for out clients to achieve their wellbeing goals.

Claire Allcock

Ergonomics and Vision Lead

As a practising optometrist with an urge to make improvements and help people, Claire developed a deep interest in Ergonomics. Building on her qualifications in Physiological Sciences and Optometry, Claire conducted her MSc Ergonomics and Human Factors research in workplace design. Passionate about health and wellbeing at work, Claire’s work as a high level DSE assessor not only focuses on workstation design and physical health challenges but also takes a holistic approach to reducing the risk of injury caused by DSE. Claire takes a wider occupational health view to identify any avenues that could facilitate the recovery from symptoms experienced by an employee as well as other factors that can affect an employee’s ability to work.

Stephanie Hutchings

Mental Health and Wellness and Risk Management Lead

Stephanie is an experienced Managing Director and Management Consultant in the business-to-business services sector, with strengths in risk analysis, compliance, strategic change management, acquisition integration and information privacy and security. 

Stephanie received her Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling in 2006 and has been a Mental Health First Aid trainer since 2019. She uses her skills and experience to implement mental health and wellbeing strategies in the workplace, including the delivery of a range of Mental Health and Suicide Intervention Skills training courses for MHFA England and the implementation of ISO45003:2021- Guidelines For Managing Psychosocial Risks.

Natalie Jenkin-Smith

Client Liaison Manager / Senior DSE Assessor

Natalie has over five years’ experience in sales and client liaison while also having many years’ experience working in the NHS as a senior physiotherapist’s assistant. Her eclectic mix of talents makes her the perfect first point of contact for our clients, able to clearly explain our products and services at any level.

Nikki Spurgeon

DSE Assessor

Nikki has worked in the sports industry for over 20 years as a Sports Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor. Nikki’s passion for preventing and managing the effects of sports injuries has led her to train as a specialist in improving posture and strength as well as keeping focused on the reduction of tension and stress. Nikki’s training and experience places emphasis on the science and practice of correcting both posture and muscular imbalances and is reliant on a detailed knowledge of physiology.
