‘Spectrum’ conditions, have a wide range of characteristics, but nevertheless share some common features in terms of how people learn and process information. Entrepreneurs and managers need team members to be productive in the workplace, but they may be speaking to their team without understanding the diversity of individuals and therefore how to communicate effectively.
The reality is that many companies do not know what learning difficulties are and are unaware that they employ people with neurodiverse conditions. Often, they do not have the skills to provide reasonable accommodations to support these employees in their business so they can be both productive and valued. Our training addresses this issue.
